Apostle David M. Saunders

Apostle David M. Saunders is the founding overseer of Kingdom Harvest Global Breakthrough Center, located in Williamsburg, VA.

Apostle Saunders is a servant leader with a heart for seeing all people saved, healed, and set free from life’s challenges that can hinder them from fulfilling God’s divine purpose. He is passionate about teaching and practicing spiritual warfare and deliverance, emphasizing the importance of applying the uncompromised Word of God, line upon line and precept upon precept.

His favorite scripture is Psalms 30:5:
"For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."
He also draws inspiration from John 15:11-12, understanding that joy in Christ is fulfilled by loving Him and keeping His commandments.

Apostle Saunders is a United States Army veteran who served for 20 years in various locations around the world. He has been married to Prophetess Dr. Jacquelyn W. Saunders for over 35 years. Together, they have five children and consider themselves spiritual parents to hundreds more.

Ministry Journey

• 1986, Heidelberg, West Germany: Apostle Saunders began his ministry at Patton Christian Fellowship as a Youth Pastor, where he and Prophetess Saunders developed the youth department, laying the groundwork for future ministry initiatives with youth.

• Ft. Sill, Oklahoma: While stationed there, he was actively involved in the Ministers’ Alliance’s “Cleaning up the Streets” initiative in Lawton, OK.

• 1991, Augusta, Georgia: Apostle Saunders founded Teenage Spiritual Awareness, a youth outreach ministry that united young people through workshops, retreats, and musical concerts. During this time, he also volunteered in feeding the homeless and served in various citywide ministries.

• Dallas, Texas: After retiring from the Army, Apostle Saunders became actively involved in the Potter’s House under Bishop T.D. Jakes. He served in the College and Career Ministry, mentoring college students and young professionals to pursue their God-given abilities. He was also knighted as a Marketplace King by Bishop T.D. Jakes.

Kingdom Harvest Global Breakthrough Center

In 2011, Apostle Saunders planted Kingdom Harvest Global Breakthrough Center in Williamsburg, VA. In 2014, he was consecrated and confirmed to the episcopal office of Apostle by Apostles Melvin and Brenda Colbert of Calvary Gateway International.

Apostle Saunders extends his ministry beyond his local community as the Corporate Chaplain for Enspyr, LLC. He also oversees the Mighty Men of Power fellowship, which connects and empowers men from various races, cities, states, and denominations.

Dr. Jacquelyn Wray Saunders

Dr. Jacquelyn Wray Saunders is a Prophetess in the Full Gospel ministry and the Co-Founder of Kingdom Harvest Global Breakthrough Center, alongside her husband, Apostle David M. Saunders, in Williamsburg, VA. She is an inspirational speaker, intercessor, director/playwright, and administrator.

While in Heidelberg, Germany, Prophetess Saunders organized the Youth Church at Patton Christian Fellowship. She served as the Program Director at Friendship Pentecostal Holiness Church in Lawton, OK. In 1991, the Saunders founded their ministry, Harvest Deliverance, in Augusta, GA, where they also established the TSA Step Team, ministering across various cities in the United States.

Prophetess Saunders currently oversees the women’s ministry, Women Sowing a Blessing, working alongside dedicated volunteers to reach women of diverse races, cities, states, and denominations. The ministry focuses on teaching the authority and power of the Holy Spirit. She also hosts "A Night in the Haven," a Christian Facebook Live ministry for caregivers, their families, and friends.

In Augusta, GA, she produced and directed a Teen Gospel radio program on WKZK titled “Get Your Praise On!” and has written and directed several musicals. While in Dallas, TX, at The Potter’s House, she co-directed the College and Career Ministry, “Next Level.” In 2006, she and Apostle Saunders sponsored their first Pastor and Spouse Retreat in Prince George, VA. Now in Williamsburg, VA, Prophetess Saunders continues to facilitate various programs, including:

She finds joy in helping pastors’ spouses and young adults discover their God-given potential, focus on life’s purpose, and be creative.

Her mission is to bring hope to those who feel hopeless, showing them that hope is found in Jesus Christ. She is also passionate about building the Kingdom of God and teaching workshop participants God’s Biblical Wealth principles.

Her ultimate joy is spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, contributing creatively to their growth and enhancing their lives.
